Fishing Trips for People with Disabilities

Fishing and boating designed with PWD and special needs in mind!

We serve everyone who wants the opportunity to fish and experience nature.

At Mike Doll Fishing Guide and Charter Captain Experience LLC we enjoy creating an inclusive experience for people with disabilities, special needs and their families. A guided fishing trip on Lake of the Ozarks is a way to create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

We also provide captains services on tri-toons for a tour on the lake. Captain Mike prides himself on showing people of all abilities his dedication, attention to details, and patience. We will help customize your trip to the best of our ability with the resources we have. While we would love to serve everyone, we do have some limitations.

We treat the opportunity to take anyone with different abilities fishing or boating, we provide guidance with patience, open-mindedness, and respect while keeping a keen eye on safety. Then we put a fishing rod in their hand to reel in memories. We are dedicated to doing our level best to deliver a relaxing productive day on the lake.

Not long ago I had two fishing charters on Lake of the Ozarks that were new experiences to me. The first with a group of guys with hearing loss on a fun weekend together. We had a lot of fun, and they were an absolute gas to be with.

On the second trip I had a family consisting of a grandfather with his daughter and son. The son had two kids. One little boy about 5 or 6 years old was deaf and unable to speak. At the beginning of the trip, the boy was very skittish and held tight to his Aunt. By the end of the trip, he caught fish and followed my guidance to handle the equipment. He even sat with me to help me drive the boat. Then I awarded him as first mate. His family was amazed and so was I. This was my most memorable trip–a very humbling experience. I am grateful to the family for trusting me with that opportunity.
